When does the MYF meet?

The MYF (Methodist Youth Fellowship) will begin meeting for 2004-2005 on Friday, September 17. Meetings are held from 7:00 to 9:00 PM every other week at Camphor Memorial United Methodist Church. Notification will be given in case of trip or holiday.

Do you have to be a Camphor member to join?

Being a member of Camphor Church is not required. Any youth between the ages of 12 and 18 are welcome to participate in the MYF at Camphor.

Does it cost anything to join the MYF?

There is no cost to become a member of the MYF. However, everyone is occasionally asked to make a contribution toward food for the meetings. The cost of trips may at times be the responsibility of the participant.

Activities

What kind of activities are there?

Meeting activities include discussion, food, games,service projects and social time. Outside activities have included bowling trips, a trip to Wildwood, snow tubing, service projects, movies, visiting churches in the area, retreats and a cookout.
